if you don’t have a Dubai sim, You can write Whatsapp or in the booking form write Room Booking which person name, or room number, so before pick time our teams can call you at the hotel for follow up.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel tour within 48 hours before pick time no charges.
For cancel Please email us minimum 2 days prior to tour date/time.
Cancel less than 48 hours to tour time full amount will be charge or 50% refund.
Cancel before 48 hours of tour date full amount will be return in 24 hours by cash at Hotel or transfer to your card.
You can cancel/amend the booking within 05 days prior to the date of arrival without any charges.
