• if you don’t have a Dubai sim, You can write WhatsApp or in the booking form write Room Booking which person’s name, or room number, so before pick time, our teams can call you at your hotel in Dubai for follow-up.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel the tour within 48 hours before pick time, with no charges.
• For cancellation please email Al-Inara at info@alinaratourism.com a minimum of 2 days before the the tour date/time or simply Contact us.
• Cancel less than 48 hours after tour time, and the full amount will be charged or a 50% refund.
• Cancel before 48 hours of the tour date the full amount will be returned in 24 hours by cash at the Hotel or transfer to your card.
• You can cancel/amend the booking within 05 days before the date of arrival without any charges.
