Cancellation Policy

• Cancel the tour within 48 hours before pick time, with no charges.
• For cancellation please email Al-Inara at info@alinaratourism.com a minimum of 2 days before the the tour date/time or simply Contact us.
• Cancel less than 48 hours after tour time, and the full amount will be charged or a 50% refund.
• Cancel before 48 hours of the tour date the full amount will be returned in 24 hours by cash at the Hotel or transfer to your card.
• You can cancel/amend the booking within 05 days before the date of arrival without any charges.
